Elie Finkelstein

is happy to be appearing again on the TheatreWorks stage. The role of Mama is a far cry from the double, double toil and trouble witch in Macbeth she played a few years back. You may also remember her as Fonsia in The Gin Game also done here. Elie has appeared in over 60 productions, as well as some 15 films, throughout Connecticut, New York, and Manhattan. Some of her favorite roles: Amanda in The Glass Menagerie and Madame Armfeldt in A Little Night Music. She has studied voice with Elizabeth Russo for 15 years. A resident of Ridgefield for the past 33 years, Elie is always on the road for her job, theater or visiting her three grown children and seven grandchildren.
