Season’s Greetings sets records!
Due to an overwhelming response by our audiences, our current production, Season’s Greetings, has sold more tickets than any other production we’ve staged up to this point.

With only three performances complete, 72% of the entire run of the show has already been sold. We tell you this not to brag, but to let you know the show is selling faster than any other production we’ve mounted! So please don’t wait until “The Season” is over. Catch Alan Ayckbourn’s off-beat Holiday comedy while you still can.
TheatreWorks’ FREE Page to Stage play readings presents the American debut of The Servant on December 16th

Despite being written in 1963 by Robin Maugham, nephew of the famous W. Somerset Maugham, The Servant has never been performed in America – until now. Out of print for years, TheatreWorks director Joseph Russo was granted special access to an electronic copy at Oxford University. The play takes a sharp look at sex, power, and British class relations via a dramatic turning of the tables between “Oxbridge” bachelor, Tony and his contemptuous manservant, Barrett. As Barrett slowly realizes and exploits his expanding powers over his “master,” Tony steadily loses his authority and becomes enslaved by his own employee. Maugham’s sharp wit helps to make this a theatre piece that you’ll find both unnerving and fascinating at the same time.
The Servant was revived at London's Lyric Hammersmith Theatre in 2001. Presented by one of England's most prolific and highly-respected directors, Neil Bartlett, the production received rave reviews, which acknowledged that the long-forgotten play was still powerfully impactful nearly forty years later. TheatreWorks is excited to have the opportunity to present this play, under the direction of Jane Farnol, as the final selection of its 2009 Page to Stage reading series. Featured in the cast are Jeremiah Maestas, KC and Jonathan Ross, and Jessica Stewart, William Hughes, and Vicki Sosbe.
The reading will be followed by a wine and cheese reception. Admission is free, but you must reserve your tickets. We hope to see you at the Theatre on Wednesday, December 16th, for an 8 p.m. curtain. Click here to get your FREE tickets!
