Gale Alexander (Treasurer) is a professional mentalist, magician, and hypnotist and has been in the performing arts for more that 40 years. In addition to his variety entertainments, he has written, produced, directed, and designed sets for the stage. In one of his past career incarnations he served as Associate Director for Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Gale is a past chair of the New Milford Board of Finance and he made his home here with his family since 1988. He has appeared in local theatrical productions throughout the area including: The Music Man, Tom Foolery, Much Ado About Nothing, and All My Sons among others.

Beth Plotkin a transplant from. Brooklyn New York spent 10 years working for the New Milford Board of Education, specializing in special education. Having a great love for the theatre, believing in its intrinsic value to the community, Beth devotes her spare time serving
on the board of Directors at Theatreworks. She has also been involved in the production of several plays doing costumes, lighting and sound. She has also served as usher and concession stand person when needed. Anything to help Theatreworks continue to play it's vital role in bringing the arts to all our lives.

Viv Berger a neophyte board member has been involved in local theatre for decades. His confusion between drama and reality has kept him, questionably, sane. Board duties are currently limited to purveyor of nourishment for board meetings but he has high hopes to bring more to the theatre than sandwiches.

Russ Posthauer has been involved with TheatreWorks and its parent organization, The Creative Arts Center of New Milford, Inc., since its purchase of its home over 40 years ago. He was involved in the conversion of the building from a church to a theatre. For many years was involved with the construction of most of the show's sets with Hope Meinhardt. During his time with the theatre he has served in every major position on the board. He is also a New Milford Town Official, co-chair of a State committee and president of his firm, CCA, LLC which provides ongoing assistance to the Theatre.
