Box office hours
On performance nights the box office is open one hour prior curtain.
Fridays and Saturdays, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sunday matinees, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Tickets
The preferred method for purchasing tickets is online, 24/7, through our easy and secure ticketing system. Online purchasers can select their specific seats and have the option of e-tickets. Please note that tickets can only be ordered online up to 2 hours before curtain time on the day of performance. After that time, please call the box office at (860) 350-6863 to purchase tickets.
When purchasing tickets you now have two delivery method options to make it easier and more convenient:
- E-TICKETS: When you choose this option; after purchasing your ticket(s) you will be able to print your ticket(s) right from your computer using any inkjet or laser printer. Currently available only as an option to those who purchase their tickets online.
- WILL-CALL: Your tickets are held at the box office for pick up the day of the performance. Available to those who purchase their tickets online or by phone.
Please Note: Once tickets are purchased all sales are final and no refunds allowed. All tickets are subject to $1.50 per ticket service fee. Click here to view the complete Ticket Policy.
HANDICAP ACCESS
The facility does have a ramp and removable seating to accommodate wheelchairs. However, at this time there is NO access to the rest rooms for wheelchairs. Access to the lobby and restrooms is via a steep staircase. If you are reserving tickets for a patron in a wheelchair please let us know at the time of order so that we can remove the seating which is located at A11, with companion seating in A9.

SENIOR NIGHT
A free preview performance is offered to senior citizens on the Thursday prior to opening night of all regularly scheduled season shows at 8:00 PM. No reservations are accepted and it's first come, first-served.
PAY WHAT YOU WANT
For folks on a budget, TheatreWorks offers a pay what you want night the Thursday night following the opening weekend of all shows. At this performance you name the price for your ticket. No reservations are accepted and it's first come, first-served.

THEATRE ETIQUETTE
Talking, unwrapping candy are distracting to the actors and your fellow audience members. Please turn off any pagers, watch alarms, and cellular phones or leave them with the House Manager.
LATE SEATING
The theatre is open to the public one hour prior to the performance. Due to the intimate nature of our theatre and in consideration of all patrons, late comers will be seated by the House Manager at a suitable break or interval.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Taking of photographs or operation of any recording device in the theatre is strictly prohibited.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
The theatre maintains a firm policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather. Because of this, we urge all ticket holders to make every effort to attend their scheduled performances. Please refer to the website for any special annoucements if a performance is cancelled due to events out of the theatre's control.
