Board of Directors
We believe that theatre and the creative arts are dynamic forces in our society and should be encouraged and promoted in every community as a mark of the attainment of the human potential. To achieve these ends we dedicate ourselves to the following purposes:
To construct, maintain and operate a building or buildings for use as center for theatre and the dramatic arts.
To provide persons of all ages with the opportunity for development of talents in theatre by providing them with education, training and experience in the performing arts.
To stimulate the public to a greater interest in and awareness of the value of the cultural arts by presenting them with opportunities for appreciation of quality artistic achievements.
To raise funds by public subscription, fund raising endeavors, and to acquire property, real and personal of any description, or any interest therein, by gift, devise, bequest, or purchase, and invest its funds not currently needed in its affairs; and
To encourage the younger generation in the values of the arts by establishing a children's theatre program.
